How much is an appointment?
Initial appointment = $80
Standard follow up appointments = $77
Home Visits = $100
10 session 1-on-1 Pilates = $490
Can I use my health fund?
We have HICAPS, so you can claim on the spot with your private health insurance. The gap can be paid with cash or card. Are you a Bupa member? – We are a Bupa Preferred physiotherapy practice so you will pay a smaller gap with us if you are a Bupa member
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book an appointment to see us without a referral
Do you accept Workers Comp/Third Party Insurance claims?
Yes, all our physios are work cover approved and can treat Workers Comp and Third Party insurance claims. You will need to see your GP for a work cover referral form before commencing physiotherapy. When you come for your first session bring all your paper work so we can process it as quickly as possible to get you back on your feet.
Are you NDIS approved?
Yes, our practice is NDIS approved.
Where is the best place to park?
Our practice is located on Fisher Avenue, there is a council car-park behind the building and is the best place to park. There is also street parking just outside.
What should I wear?
Appropriate clothing will allow the physios to accurately assess and treat your presenting injury. E.g. shorts for any lower limb injury
What should I expect from my first session?
The first 10-15min of the session will be dedicated to finding out exactly what’s happened and what could have potentially caused your pain/injury and then an objective assessment by the physio to accurately diagnose your problem. The last 15min of the session will consist of hands on treatment and prescription of tailored exercises to suit your condition.
